We are rebuilding the web site and
will add a
payment click now button to most items using
iZettle. This
service is provided by PayPal and we now
accept all major credit and debit cards as
well as PayPal payment using a secure server.
All transactions are 100% secure. Click the
button and follow the instructions and you
will get an email copy of the transaction, we
also get a copy of the transaction.
We
can also take payment over the phone directly into
the gallery once we have confirmed with you
that we are able to supply the piece. We will
not ask for any money until we can guarantee
we have the piece or that we can supply it.
What to do: Contact
the gallery to make a payment over the
phone. Remember you still have the same rights
as if you used a shopping cart as expressed in
the online consumer rights act and we as a
business must adhere to this code of conduct
which we do always. We never keep card details
from customers, we destroy the details after
we have put them into the machine.
Customers please note, once a deposit payment
has been made you enter into a contract of
sale with the gallery. You have up to 14 days
to cancel the agreement and a full refund will
be offered to you. After this period the
gallery will only offer you a credit note if
you do not complete the original purchase. If
after a period of twelve months you have not
completed the transaction any refund will be
totally up to the discretion of the gallery as
we will have lost money on the item and will
also have completed a VAT transaction which
will have been paid. No monies will be
refunded and only a credit note may be offered
at our discretion.
Never: Send over card
details in an email or within any written
correspondence. We will never ask for your pin
number, no transaction you ever do online
requires this information!!
